If you turn on ordering from the QR menu, your waiters confirm those orders from the waiter app.

The table’s bill, always to hand
On the phone, the menu fills the screen and the bill sits in a bar at the bottom with the total. One tap and it opens in full.
- Every line with its quantity and price.
- Add or remove units and delete lines.
- Take payment, apply a discount, void or print the bill, just like the POS.
- Swipe down to close it and keep taking the order.
Payment
Take payment without the guest getting up
Payment opens full screen on the phone, with the same options as the POS.
- Take the whole bill at once.
- Choose the items each guest pays for.
- Split the bill equally or take payment by sub-order.
- By cash, card or part of each, with the change worked out.
During service
What you would have at the bar, in the app menu
The waiter app menu has what you need in the middle of service.
- Pending bookings, to seat groups when they arrive.
- The day’s till.
- Switch user when another colleague picks up the phone.
- Switch location if you work in more than one.

Is the waiter app a different app from the POS?
No. It is the same app as the POS, adapted to a phone screen. That is why your waiters have the same tables, the same menu and the same payment options.
What do my waiters need to take orders?
A phone or tablet with the waiter app, which runs on Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and Linux. They take the order at the table and it is recorded in the system straight away, with no paper.
Can I take payment from the waiter app?
Yes. You can take the whole bill, by item, in equal parts or by sub-order, by cash, card or a mix of both.
Do they see orders that guests place from the QR menu?
Yes, if you have table ordering turned on. Orders placed from the QR menu are confirmed from the waiter app.
Do the waiter app and the POS see the same tables?
Yes. Both use the same dining areas, tables and menu, so whatever a waiter enters also shows on the till.
How many waiter apps can I have?
As many as you need. Each waiter app has its own licence, sold separately.
